Get an OpenRouter API Key

Prefer one credential instead of signing up everywhere? OpenRouter aggregates many models behind an OpenAI-compatible API.

Steps

1. Sign up at openrouter.ai.
2. Create a key under Keys and store it safely.
3. Add credits per OpenRouter’s billing rules.
4. WriteX → Settings → Model / Provider → OpenRouter → paste key → pick a model → test.

Use the full model id from OpenRouter’s catalog (often vendor-prefixed), not a short name from another site.
